"On this occasion, I was pretty stressed by the hot water cylinder packing up on Show Weekend. The on-call guy was very reassuring and helpful, despite my early morning phone call, he was at my property soon after by which time it was 'raining' in my hallway. Then the guys who did the subsequent plumbing, electrical and gas work were super too. Everyone was very professional - presentable, personable and tidy workers. So, a big thank you to everyone - although I'm hoping not to see any of them again for a very long time. ☺ "
