I made a call to them after we discovered a broken pipe, they popped out and quoted the job, which was significantly cheaper than another quote we’d had so accepted it and the next morning jobs done by two very capable guys. Chris, the gasfitter rang ahead of the appointment to advise 15 mins away. He arrived on time and spent 2 hours doing a full service of my gas fire ( including replacement of door seals) and cleaning the " noisy" fan. I felt really included as he explained each thing he was doing to me .Chris had such a very friendly manner but was also professional in his work. Absolutely amazing!!! Can’t give enough stars!My front lawn was flooded. They came out but it wasn’t obvious where to dig. They arrange detection services who eventually worked out where the leak came from, but not where the pipes were. It is an old system and nothing made obvious sense. The plumber, however, managed to work out what was going on and fix the problem.A challenging problem and the answer was anything but obvious. The fix was behind the house even though the leak was in front. Well done to the team! I was kept well informed throughout
