I recently had drainage work done by Clyne & Bennie and I couldn't be more pleased with their service. The team was professional, efficient, and really friendly. I got Clyne and Bennie around to look at a hot water issue. They were very prompt and looked for available times to come and look at the problem. When there were complications, they sought further advice, kept me well informed, and resolved quickly. I couldn't fault them.

I called on Monday morning having had no hot water all weekend. They sent a plumber and an electrician that afternoon and fully sorted the issue, staying late to finish. Awesome to have it fixed so fast, and happy daughters who can have a long shower now.

As usual, Clyne and Bennie are easy to deal with and do a great job. Not necessarily the cheapest but they make up for that with good work, prompt service, and being very obliging. We'll continue to use them for any plumbing or electrical work on our properties.

We needed a plumber to fix our bathroom sink which was leaking due to my handyman skills NOT. I rung them and Rob answered and said he would be there in1 or two hours as he was doing another job. Needless to say it was a public holiday and the extravagance it was going to cost me. Rob turned up as he said he would and fixed the problem. Chris, the gasfitter rang ahead of the appointment to advise 15 mins away. He arrived on time and spent 2 hours doing a full service of my gas fire ( including replacement of door seals) and cleaning the " noisy" fan. I felt really included as he explained each thing he was doing to me .Chris had such a very friendly manner but was also professional in his work. I would certainly recommend the gas fitting services of Clyne and Bennie to others in future.Carmel Anne Malone.

Called at 9.30am this morning (Monday) had a person onsite at 1pm. Parts were in the van for a blown element in a hot water cylinder. Fixed by 2.30. amazing turn around and service. Tradie was a decent chat and respectful. Highly recommend from start to finish...Had a small problem with this fix that was a slow leak that developed over the last 2 months due to the sealing tape not being applied correctly. They came out and rectified the issue and the attending tech advised what had gone wrong and apologized. Despite the issue, everybody makes mistakes they owned it in a timely manner. So 5 stars remain because as a company the communication has been great and they have shown up exactly when they said they would and stood by there workmanship.

Blair contacted me to advise he be on site in 30 minutes. He arrived with a colleague at the appointed time and worked efficiently to clear a blocked stormwater drain. To get the tree roots cleared Blair methodically applied at least 4 different technlques and pieces of pipe cleaning equipment to finally clear the blockage. Awesome service! I had a tricky situation with a water leak onto my neighbour's property, in old galvanised pipes. Instead of fixing the leak, that was likely to happen again, Rob swung into action: he recommended asked the City Council to move the isolation valve 5 metres up the road so my water supply no longer came through the neighbouring property. Together we prepared an email with photos, and it worked a treat - the council were here first thing the next working day. Rob was back once City Care had done their thing, and braved the narrow space under my house to put the new pipes in. All done with care, accommodating the path I'm planning to put in. Highly recommend!

We have over the past few weeks had a slow drip on both taps on our tub. One tap over the weekend decided it wanted to drip faster so we thought remedial attention was necessary. Having 3 outdoor taps we felt it prudent to have those attended to at the same time with new washers.I contacted our plumbers, Clyne and Bennie and spoke to a charming lady explaining the situation and that it was not desperate. She asked when I was thinking about it, I replied at their convenience. She said this afternoon between 12 midday and 4.30pm.Around 1pm Marieke arrived with her radiant smile and did the necessary work efficiently as usual.My wife and I, can and do, recommend Clyne and Bennie to anyone who requires plumbing work. They are a helpful, kind and understanding firm, with excellent polite and friendly staff.

Sorry started this 2 days & never completed it. My brand new hot water cylinder lost all heat between xmas and new year. Trying to get someone to come out when most are away on xmas holidays is difficult. Clynne & Bennie responded and a very efficient electrician came out and solved the problem in less than half an hour. I was very happy that the water was hot again within 8 hours and very relieved that we could have hot showers again. Many thanks to Clyne & Bennie for such a prompt and efficient service.

Great work from the guys today. Our sewer line was blocked. They cleared it quickly and then put a camera down to identify the issue. There are tree roots growing through that is causing the blockage. We even got a quote on the same day to replace that section on the sewer line.

We are extremely impressed with the thorough clean of our heat pumps. The serviceman (sorry I can’t remember his name) was courteous, and respectful of our house. He was meticulous in his cleaning of the heat pumps and they have not worked or looked better for a long while. Thank you very much.

Excellent communication, electrician very helpful when it became apparent our HW cylinder was working fine, issue was at a new smart meter installed recently by electrical supplier affecting power to HW. Went beyond his scope to get answers from supplier, mainpower, installer.
